1. Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on the retreat. This deposit is a commitment fee and is not eligible for refund under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation
In the event that you need to cancel your participation in the retreat, a deposit of $500 is non-refundable. Any additional payments made beyond the deposit may be subject to partial or full forfeiture, depending on the proximity of the cancellation to the retreat start date.

3. Transfers
LOBA Initiations registrations are non-transferable to another individual.

4. Changes to LOBA Initiation:
We reserve the right to make changes to the initiation itinerary, schedule, or accommodations at our discretion. Participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

5. Health & Safety
Participants are responsible for ensuring their physical and mental fitness for LOBA Initiations activities. Any health or safety concerns should be communicated to the retreat organizers in advance.

6. Liability
Participants acknowledge and assume the risks associated with the event activities. The organizers, instructors, and venue shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
